You’ll work one-on-one with your Clementine travel advisor to create a customized vacation plan—one that takes into account your family’s particular needs, your children’s ages and interests, and your big destination dreams.

We want to get to know you and your family’s travel dreams before we begin designing your journey—that’s why we’ll “meet” on a complimentary consultation call to kick things off. This allows us to customize your trip, and get all your questions answered as well.

Build & Book Your Vacation
If you think we’re a good fit, we’ll begin researching your itinerary. We’ll get together with you again on a call (or share over email) to reveal 2-3 vacation proposals; pick your favorite, share your feedback, and let us tweak it until it’s a perfect fit. Then, we’ll take care of booking your entire itinerary—relax as we arrange it all!

As your departure date approaches, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared with all your travel documents and must-know destination info. We’ll also be working behind the scenes to triple-check that your special requests—like stroller or scooter rentals—are ready for your arrival. Q: Do you charge a fee for your services?
A: Nope! Our planning services are complimentary. We do, however, ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit before we begin researching your itinerary. This deposit is applied to the cost of your trip when booked within 30 days through us.
Q: Is your travel agency certified?
A: There is no one certification for travel agencies—in fact, we have several! We make sure our advisors stay up to date on your favorite travel brands as we’re constantly educating ourselves through industry programs. Our advisors hold certifications or affiliations from Royal Caribbean, Universal Studios, Disney College of Knowledge, NCL, AmaWaterways, Celebrity Cruises, the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), among others.
Q: How soon should I reach out to start planning a vacation?
A: We like to say: the sooner the better! 6-8 months out is a sweet spot for many trips; this gives us the opportunity to find your perfect match, at the best price point, among the widest available inventory. Have less time than that? You can still reach out and we can see what we can do for you!
